The function includes tracking and doing custom declaration for overseas incoming and outgoing shipment, notifying receivers on goods arrival, prepare shipment to customer.
Able to judge shipment mode and analyzes freight costs, delivery methods, and delivery schedules to minimize delivery costs and maximize customer satisfaction. Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipment.有效地進行收貨和安排運輸工作,包括願意學習,了解公司的貨運操作政策,並與團隊合作以確保客戶滿意。

1. Maintains inventory include picking parts for Repair.
2. Arrange shipment to customer according to the shipment list given by Supervisor.
3. Provide shipment mode to overseas supplier and follow up delivery status.
4. Execute custom declaration.
5. May use computer system to track and locate production units.
6. Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat, sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
7. Wear the proper safety equipment.
8. Go to post office for mailing
9. Maintains good customer relationship and answers any customer questions on shipments.
10. Send Customer Survey every beginning of the month
11. Assist Supervisor for KPI data collection and summary
12. Arrange safety training.
13. Others general admin matters such as dry store purchases, First aid Kit maintenance.1. 維護庫存, 包括執行領料單.
2. 準備出貨文件, 貨運標籤 , 開發票並根據主管提供的發貨清單安排向客戶發貨
3. 提供海外供應商運輸方式並跟踪出貨狀態
4. 執行海外進出貨物的海關申報
5. 使用電腦系統來跟踪或記錄資料6. 保持安全, 清潔的工作環境
7. 穿戴適當的安全裝備
8. 去郵局郵寄,
9. 保持良好的客戶關係,並回答客戶對貨運的任何疑問。
10. 每個月初發送客戶調查
11. 協助主管收集和總結KPI數據
12. 安排國內工安回訓
13. 其他主管交代事項
14. 其他行政工作Requirements:
1. Fresh graduates with no experience are welcome.
2. Good communication, organizational, time management mathematical skills.
3. Dependable and Reliable.
4. Inventory, Equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills may be required.
5. Must able to work with sense of urgency.
6. Must be customer oriented and good follow-up skills.
7. Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
8. Able to write, listen and speak English
