Provide excellent customer service to customers via phone, email, or other communication channels.2. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs, and resolve any issues or complaints effectively.3. Maintain accurate records of customers interactions and transactions.4. Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service policies and procedures.5. Identify and escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate team member or department.6. Provide training and mentoring to new team members, as needed.7. Continuously seek to improve the overall customer experience and provide feedback to the relevant stakeholders.Experience

Familiar with SAP system

Experience in the medical device industry

Experience in leading/ managing people is a plus

Strong skills with Microsoft Excel.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

EducationBachelor's degree or equivalent and/or with minimum of 5 years of related experience.
