- Design and architect cloud-based solutions aligned with business requirements, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance goals.
- Assess current infrastructure and applications to identify areas for cloud enhancement.
- Formulate cloud migration plans, evaluating application readiness, dependencies, and cost estimates.
- Develop and implement robust cloud security strategies, prioritizing data and application confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of cloud solutions.
- Introduce automation and orchestration for streamlined provisioning, configuration, and management of cloud resources.
- Continuously monitor cloud infrastructure and applications for optimal performance, availability, and cost efficiency.
- Offer technical guidance and support to teams throughout the implementation and maintenance phases of cloud solutions.
- Actively participate in architecture and code reviews, fostering alignment with architectural standards and best practices.
- Proven track record as a Cloud Architect or in a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years' experience designing and implementing cloud solutions.
- Thorough understanding of AWS services and architectural patterns.
- Proficient in cloud security principles, best practices, and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with cloud migration strategies, tools, and methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong proficiency in Java is essential, with a preference for familiarity or experience with programming languages like Python, TypeScript, or Go.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and the capacity to analyze intricate technical requirements to devise innovative solutions.
