⚫ To undertake regular commercial relevant business systems (Sales Performance Zone, IQVIA Flexview) maintenance, database management /integrity, standard insight report analysis, and system administration.
⚫ Secure high quality, availability, and access to customer and SFI data for management and sales force, improve data integration across different systems, and optimize data reports and utilization.
⚫ Oversee all activities to ensure SFI calculations are per policy, data audits and payment reviews/approvals are completed within stated deadlines.
⚫ Support external data analysis for business optimization and opportunity exploring.
⚫ In close collaboration with 3rd Party supporting teams (BAaaS, Axtria) to ensure related systems’ functionality are all up.
⚫ To facilitate SPZ / BI system testing of all new modifications and upgrades.
⚫ Provide Ad Hoc reporting support for requests relating to SFI and IQVIA.
⚫ To provide operational help desk support to the field force and other users
⚫ To provide, where required, operational training and issues managementKey Behavioural Competencies Required:
