- Serve as the specialty gas materials of Ion implantation, specialty coating (Thin film deposition) technical and applications expert for end user solutions development supporting in Taiwan.
- Establish intimate customer relationships to become the “Go To” technical resource specialty gas materials of Ion implantation, specialty coating (Thin film deposition) technology for the region.
- Create plans and actions to drive revenue and share growth for Entegris’ specialty gas materials of Ion implantation, specialty coating (Thin film deposition) process solutions in Taiwan.
- Work with the account managers to identify, develop, and prioritize the opportunities using Entegris value selling process to lead discovery and advocating phases of the selling process.
- Support account managers on product presentations and technical discussions.
- Own customer evaluations to ensure sharp execution so benefits of the results are aligned with customer buying motives and presented in a professional manner.
- Ensure/provide the right level of technical and application support during customer qualifications.
- Maintain customer installed tools and Entegris products database.
- Conduct regular reviews with customers to understand their ongoing needs and work with account managers to arrive at an account management plan.
- Train customers and fellow colleagues on relevant process solutions knowledge.
- Take ownership of product positioning and life cycle management to maintain market share.
- Participate in regular business review meetings with the specialty gas materials of Ion Implantation and specialty coatings leadership teams and represent the region/platform in both local and global opportunity reviews.
- Drive, participate and advise technical oriented roadmap customer discussions.
- Work with other functional teams such as account managers, supply chain, quality, etc. to support customers’ requirements and operations.
- 50% travel within Taiwan and occasionally to other global locations may be necessary to support account managers.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science or equivalent technical field required. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5 years or more of experience as Ion implantation process or equipment engineer in a semiconductor fab or in an Ion implantation equipment company.
- Additional an experience as CVD and PVD process or equipment engineer in a semiconductor fab or in specialty coating technology company (Advanced coatings for particle reduction, metals mitigation, etch resistance and wear/friction reduction applications for Ion implant, Etch, CVD equipment)
- Experience with specialty gases as well as CVD precursor materials.
- Sales/management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and present technical presentations.
- High level of English skills.
