- Provide overall leadership for Segment business by driving profitable growth, and gain market share through defining and driving Segment sales strategy across hotspots
- Formalize business processes for Segment sales
- Develop strong industry knowledge and external network in relevant area
- Optimize offer and value proposition for segment products by evaluating market trends, customer behaviours and competitor activities, in cooperation with other Segments
- Define and execute application and product training and build best-in-class product and application approach to the local market
- Implement Segment pricing strategy
- Represent Segment in the Local Management Team (LMT)
- Develop talent to meet current and future business needs
- Develop and professionalize interfaces and collaboration across Segment value chain
- Establish effective working culture and communication with Taiwan organization to achieve sales targets in own Segment and promote cross Segment opportunities
- Focus on cross-segment products selling
- Master's/Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent, with proven experience in sales and business development in the engineering or industrial sectors
- Minimum 8 years' experience of sales related and industry knowhow
- Good business acumen and strategy deployment experience
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with different sales channels (distributors, OEM and project sales)
- Professional Engineering (PE) certificate is preferable
- Experiences in OEM/KA development
