Job Description

Define application support projects based on input from Customers and Sales Team.
Create designs to meet customer specifications and physically validate them with lab bench tests.
Document solutions for customer (eg. Schematics, Datasheets)
Support customers to debug issues.
Develop work-around solutions where necessary to overcome device errata.
Train Sales Team (FAEs) and Customers on value and use of CMBU products
Interface to Sales/FAE Teams, Product Marketing, Design Engineering, Test Engineering, Product Engineering and Quality Engineering as needed to support product issues

Qualifications

University degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or similar
Expertise in Analog, Digital, and Mixed-signal system/circuit design
Familiarity with FPGA
Hardware debugging skills
PCB design skills
Results-oriented and able to deliver on-time under tight schedule pressure.
Ability to work both independently and part of a team.
Flexible to undertake occasional travel at short notice.
Fluent written and verbal skills in English, as well as Mandarin
