- Contribute to increase and strengthen the customer loyalty program for both Swarovski Club and SCS.
- Find opportunity in global cockpits and actively share with local team, to better improve current practices.
- Actively monitor best practice in relative industries as well as from key competitors, and estimate its impact on Swarovski
- Communication Campaign
- Localize global communication campaign based on marketing calendar and business target
- Collaborate with Global and local marketing team to manage CRM communication touchpoints, ensure contents and design are brand-fit as well as meet campaign target (incl. but not limited to increase brand awareness, drive conversion, improve retention etc.)
- Design and implement local customer touch points, including but not limited to Line, Dumbchat.
- Promotion/Gifting Calendar
- Communicate, implement and track performance on CRM /CRM related promotion activities according to the market activation plan and global guidelines and policies. This includes any activities related to the integration of on- and offline CRM activities, etc.
- Propose gifts/GWPs/services which will mostly attracting to customers, and help to trigger their conversion and/or upgrade.
- CRM Routine Operation
- Track spending and monitor CRM budget usage status
- Work with external agencies to ensure campaign implementation
- Ensure all stores have sufficient training and information on Be Swarovski and SCS and know how to securely look after customer data
- Supports compliance of all CRM activities with local rules and regulations and create any locally needed terms and conditions including liaising with central legal to ensure compliance
- University degree/Education, preferably in Marketing Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in retail training role
- A CRM expert in jewelry, luxury, cosmetics or prestige industry related brand or agency is a plus
- CRM program design, implementation, evaluation and improvement solutions
- Planning and communicating CRM program targets and monitoring at store level
- Daily communication with Global CRM, local sales team and 3rd party agency to ensure quality of execution
- Budget monitoring and reporting
- Demonstrate ability to build and maintain productive and cohesive relationships with peers and cross-functional teams.
