  • Partner with consultants to provide organization transformation consulting solutions in the areas of business strategy clarification, agile organization, performance management, compensation programs, talent assessment/development subjects across multiple industries
  • Increase organization and talent effectiveness of clients by working with both project teams to provide the customized solutions aligning with client’s business priorities
  • Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when working with clients at all levels
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion to help clients transform (organization and talent) to sustain and succeed
Financial
  • Meet chargeable hours targets
  • Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by supplying and preparing the work
People
  • Develop and share own technical knowledge and skills in the area of Organization, Talent & Rewards domains and/or data analytics fields
  • Build relationships and collaborate effectively with both internal and external diverse teams
  • Demonstrate learning agility in diverse work and internal initiatives and love to share with others

The Requirements
  • Master or Bachelor from an accredited College or University
  • Minimum 3-5 years in business strategy planning, agile organization transformation and/or change management initiatives experiences either in consulting or corporate role
  • Good knowledge in organization transformation projects and HR domains, with growth mindset
  • Self-motivated achiever with a value for integrity, client-focus, teamwork, respect and excellence
  • Analytical mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and effective time management in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and adaptable to the challenges and changing needs from the role and work environment
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels internally and externally
  • Passion to acquire, internalize and share new information and knowledge with others
  • Good command of both written and oral Mandarin and English.
