- Establish and maintain a suitable department organization and managing teams and/or team leaders.
- Review and provide manpower requirement estimate and adjust the department resources to requirements.
- Review and update the relative procedures, workflows, policies or any other guidelines for daily operation.
- Set up staff development plan, communicate with staff and monitor progress.
- Conduct performance reviews and appraisals of team leaders and / or department members fairly.
- Support the pre-selection of candidates, conduct interview and select candidate with support from HR.
- Align all team leader and / or department members to the company and the department processes and procedures
- Set up training budget and training plan, execute and monitor training planning.
- Coach and development of team leaders and / or department members.
- Support other departments and disciplines when required to achieve overall smooth operation in the company.
- Control and check department budgets or the departmental contribution to corporate budgets.
- Min. 10 years of leadership experience in similar positions.
- Mayjor in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related field preferred.
- Experience in leading complex matrix organizations.
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and in English.
- Good communication and motivation skills.
