The role involves providing administrative support to the sales team, assisting in the execution of digital advertising processes, and serving as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities include handling inquiries, ensuring smooth implementation of advertising plans, and regularly assisting in organizing performance and trend reports. The position requires attention to detail, organizational and analytical abilities to support business and client needs, as well as departmental operational procedures.【Responsibilities】
  • Assist the sales team in managing customer relationships, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining communication with clients. Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer needs to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Support the sales team in coordinating and executing advertising campaigns, ensuring tasks are completed according to schedule and client specifications. Collaborate closely with the sales team to align advertising efforts with business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records of client interactions. Ensure accurate and timely communication of information to support sales activities and client relationships.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and optimize workflow efficiency, particularly focusing on supporting sales initiatives. Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to facilitate cross-functional communication and coordination.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team to enhance sales performance and achieve business objectives.

  • Proficient in using office software and related digital tools, and able to quickly adapt to new technological applications.
