- Create best-in-class marketing campaigns, helping to drive awareness, engagement and new Seller acquisition.
- Own executing and optimizing marketing channel efficiency and effectiveness, including email and other tools.
- Leverage performance data and testing to develop recommendations and best practices
- Have a seller backwards approach when driving campaign optimization, think seller first and execute accordingly.
- Connect with sellers to solicit feedback with the objective to enhance campaign performance and seller experience through the learning journey.
- Develop and execute compelling content for website, blog, and social media sites.
- Currently enrolling in a Bachelor's degree or higher degree program or have graduated less than one year.
- Ability to think and act strategically and tactically.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Ability to edit and film videos in shorts/reels format.
- Solid organizational skills, including prioritization and time management.
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to summarize and communicate important data.
- An understanding of and passion for e-commerce.
- Strong communication skills (i.e., experience in coordinating teams and communicating to management).
- With 1-2 years working experience preferred.
