- Monitor, inspect (if required) and register all inbound/outbound materials.
- Ensure a complete material reconciliation of all materials for mobilization and upon the completion of a project, and oversee the storage, disposal and/or return of surplus materials.
- Process material orders and prepare/arrange shipments for delivery to vessels and/or project locations (in country)
- The requisitioning of spares, materials, consumables, and rental equipment to support the project.
- All machineries arrangement in port & storage warehouse
- Ensure safe operation of the port/storage warehouse.
- Communicate with TIPC and Customs Authority officers if necessary & prepare for possible audit.
- Arrange on location all facilities required for logistical services with local agent.
- Execute and provide logistical/material control procedures and documents.
- Initiate, develop and execute plans and procedures to improve existing logistical, inventory control and material storage/distribution control processes, both on-shore and off-shore
- Station in Taichung Port or nearby warehouse area for office & storage warehouse management including port pass application and office supplies.Competences required:
- Fluent Mandarin and English are a must.
- At least 2 -10 year logistics experience are required
- Strong communication skills. Negotiation skills.
- Experience with Productivity tools (Computer skills, Office suite, …).
- Ability and willingness to take initiatives.
- Prior experience in offshore industry is a plus.
1.此為外商專案型 合約制工作(Contractor)，專案有半年及一年 兩個方案，此專案目前主要為短期為主(請能夠接受再應徵) 專案結束後 續聘/調薪/轉正 機會依照公司評估為主
2. 有外商英文船舶物流經驗2年以上尤佳，資歷深可談薪
3. 工作地點台中港
4. 因為工作需要配合船舶進港時間，會依照勞基法 84-1 彈性工時條款安排工作
