- Bachelor's degree in Life Science, business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or general management in the medical device in Taiwan.
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in starting up commercial operations.
- Strong understanding of the local healthcare market and regulatory landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both Taiwanese and English.
