As a DSM, your key responsibilities are:- Provide a safe and secure environment for our people, assets and customer data.- Physical Security of our Data center (DC) sites and protecting the integrity of all Red Medias.- Security access control of our DC sites- Responding to security incidents- Writing reports on security incidents, system anomalies, and other security-related matters.- Testing and maintaining security systems, such as alarms, security devices, and cameras.- Training employees on data center security procedures.- Identifying and assessing potential security risks to the data center.- Developing and implementing plans to mitigate security risks.- Promoting security awareness among employees and visitors.About the team

- Experience in using data and metrics to improve processes and/or customer satisfaction. Must have the ability to be on-call to support out of business hours emergencies remotely and on-site.
- Must be prepared and have the ability to work and travel to Data Centers in the Cluster and abroad.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience using CCTV, access control and intrusion detection systems
- Management experience of vendors
- Has used investigation techniques to deep dive on events
- Security Industry Qualifications/Certification
