• From specification formulation to formal mass production, develop high-pressure, high-power products.
• Plan human resources, establish technical blueprints, and lead the R&D team.
• Organize the research and development team to facilitate technical exchanges.
• During the testing and production of products, provide cross-unit technical support.
• Define requirements for new processes and evaluate product processes.
• Optimize and establish product development processes.

• Possessing a background in electrical or electronic engineering with a Master's or Ph.D. degree.
• Demonstrating over 15 years of experience in PMIC design, with a notable proficiency in high-power DC/DC applications.
• Successfully leading IC design teams on multiple occasions, specializing in analog IC design and achieving proven success in mass production.
• Displaying enthusiasm for both IC design work and technological innovation.
