
Sales Development Representative (Taiwan Base)

- Support the business development function.
- Actively identify and convert potential client engagements into meaningful business opportunities;
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest;
- Use all available channels (email/social media/phone calls/etc) to identify and contact key decision makers in top-level companies;
- Understand customer needs and requirements;
- Work closely with a senior sales manager/director to drive business deals forward;
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned duty;
- Work within the CRM to drive a data driven sales engine;
- University degree in related fields;
- Inside sales experience is a plus;
- A good exposure to the e-commerce society will be an advanatge;
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day;
- Should be creative about researching markets, identifying key players and generating lead;
- Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment;
- Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills;
- Preferably digital marketing related experience in a customer oriented position;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese is required.
- Have a solid track record in exploring overseas markets, particularly in Great China and Hong Kong regions.
- Have experience as an SDR (either in an internship or full-time role).
- Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Unafraid to fail and quickly owns up to it.
- Have IT industry experience but it is not a requirement. We have a comprehensive onboarding and training program for all new employees.
