- Define and execute the product roadmap for Coupang's Taiwan Affiliate Platform.
- Build localized features that support traffic monetization, such as static/dynamic link generation, banner modules, conversion tracking, and cost-per-click/sale (CPC/CPS) attribution tools.
- Prioritize product development that addresses Taiwan-specific needs in business registration, payout models, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention.
- Partner with the Director of Partnerships / Affiliates to align on affiliate acquisition and growth plans.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, legal, and finance to ensure successful end-to-end product delivery.
- Leverage existing infrastructure from the Korea platform while building modular, Taiwan-first capabilities.
- Engage with affiliate users across different segments (e.g., large media publishers, gaming app developers, individual influencers) to gather insights and define user-centric product features.
- Design, launch, and analyze experiments to optimize affiliate performance and platform engagement.
- Help affiliates better understand and monetize long-tail traffic by offering plug-and-play tools.
- Integrate Coupang Ads into the affiliate product experience to boost visibility and shared revenue.
- Contribute to the growth of Coupang's broader digital ecosystem in Taiwan, enabling seamless collaboration with other verticals (e.g., app stores, content networks, digital advertising partners).
- 10+ years of product management experience, including leading affiliates, ad tech, or traffic monetization platforms.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, ad monetization models (CPC, CPS), and publisher partnerships.
- Track record of building products from 0 to 1 in new markets or emerging business lines.
- Ability to define strategy, translate it into execution, and own the full product lifecycle.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and performance analytics tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially working cross-functionally.
- Experience working in affiliate or monetization platforms.
- Product experience in mobile ecosystems (e.g., app stores, in-app advertising, gaming platforms).
- Experience working with long-tail creators or mid-market publishers in a product or platform capacity.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin and familiarity with Taiwan's regulatory environment and digital commerce landscape are highly preferred.
