- Lead a team of Banca Management Office (MO) to ensure effective risk management practices are implemented
- Oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of operational risks within the business unit
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business units, control functions, and senior management, to develop and implement risk management strategies in Banca
- Enhance the process and minimize the operational risk
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk controls and mitigation measures
- Provide guidance and support to the team in the execution of their responsibilities
- Continuously review and enhance the operational risk management framework to align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of operational risk-related information to senior management and relevant committees
- Minimum 10 years of experience in operational risk management, preferably in the banking or insurance services industry
- Familiar with project execution, process and implementation
- Strong plus if with financial/Budget planning knowledge and skills
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to operational risk management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex operational risks
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information to various audiences
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., Insurance Signer) is preferred
