- Design and implement end-to-end verification strategies for complex hardware systems, including unit, integration, and system-level validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure verification activities align with product requirements, development timelines, and quality goals.
- Lead the creation and execution of test plans, procedures, and coverage metrics across various system layers.
- Identify opportunities to improve test efficiency and scalability through automation tools and modern verification methodologies.
- Conduct root cause analysis on system issues and provide actionable recommendations to engineering teams.
- Continuously refine test coverage to meet evolving product and market needs.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders and support field teams in troubleshooting and diagnostics when required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all test strategies, results, and processes for knowledge sharing and audit purposes.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in system or hardware verification, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or subject matter expert role.
- Solid understanding of system integration, embedded hardware platforms, and product-level validation.
- Experience using a variety of diagnostic tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, traffic generators).
- Proficiency with scripting (Python, Bash, or Shell) and familiarity with Linux or Windows environments.
- Knowledge of common hardware interfaces and network protocols (e.g., PCIe, Ethernet, TCP/IP).
- Strong analytical skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively across teams and geographies.
- Exposure to system-level design in areas such as edge computing, AI infrastructure, or high-throughput network appliances.
- Familiarity with automated test frameworks and continuous integration environments.
- Experience supporting system-level debugging and cross-team issue resolution.
- Basic understanding of program management or Agile development workflows is a plus.
