-Apart from interview coordination, you will also be working on a variety of projects and initiatives relevant to employer branding and D&I (Diversity & Inclusion) topics. You will have opportunities to develop end-to-end project planning and be our D&I Advocator and Dell Employment Branding Ambassador.You will:
As a member of Corporate Function Team, this intern is responsible for the following:
- Coordinate between hiring teams and candidates for interview arrangement
- Cooperate with Recruiters during recruitment process and provide administrative support including recruiting data/tools/facilities management
- Support internal/external events from preparation to execution, campus recruiting is included
- Support senior team members and leaders on projects and activities
- Engage in employer branding, social media planning and D&I projectsTake the first step towards your dream career

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's, or master's program in any field. Engineering background is welcomed.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficient in Windows and MS OfficeNice to Have Requirements

- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills, commitment to quality of deliveries, attention to details and being a team player
- Ability to learn and work in a dynamic and result-driven environment

  • 與面試官/人選協調面試安排細節，並寄送面試相關通知
  • 與招募人員合作並優化招募工具及流程，提供數據洞察分析及報告
  • 規劃/參與/支援校園招募等大型線上及線下活動
  • 規劃/參與/支援Diversity & Inclusion相關內部活動及外部合作專案
  • 雇主品牌形象優化及社群媒體企劃發想
必要條件：
  • 大學或研究所在學之理工/非理工科系學生
  • 具備中高級英文口說及書寫能力
  • 具備Windows及MS Office操作能力
