
Senior EHS Operation Specialist (台中/彰化)

- Ensure compliance with all applicable Taiwan EHS regulations, company policies, and global best practices.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of site-specific EHS programs.
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and inspections to proactively identify and mitigate hazards.
- Support incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action implementation.
- Liaise with local regulatory agencies and ensure accurate and timely EHS reporting.
- Lead risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for high-risk activities.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities in EHS performance.
- Support the deployment of AI-enabled safety tools and digital reporting solutions.
- Conduct emergency preparedness drills and ensure crisis management plans are up to date.
- Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees at all levels.
- Mentor and provide guidance to EHS Specialists and site safety teams.
- Promote a strong safety culture through employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for EHS best practices, fostering knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Track and analyze EHS performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on EHS performance, compliance status, and key initiatives.
- Support the Senior EHS Manager in data-driven decision-making and strategy development.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in EHS roles, preferably in logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
- Strong knowledge of Taiwan's EHS regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in recognized EHS management systems such as ISO 45001 or ISO 14001.
- Advanced certifications such as NEBOSH, CSP, or equivalent.
- Experience implementing EHS digital tools and AI-driven safety solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with EHS performance metrics and reporting.
- Previous experience in a multinational organization or fast-paced operational environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English.
