- Plan and execute PECVD chamber component and system development, utilizing expertise in thermal, flow, structural, chemical, and RF plasma engineering.
- Address complex problems by integrating knowledge from various domains and coordinating projects with cross-functional teams.
- Design, develop, and implement custom mechanical tooling, fixtures, and processes to facilitate the handling, assembly, and disassembly of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies throughout the product lifecycle.
- Establish Best Known Methods (BKM) designs for future tool implementation to optimize functionality, manufacturability, and quality assurance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for field and quality issues related to assigned components.
- Proficiency in FEA/simulation for structural, flow, and thermal analysis.
- Hands on design experience with 3D/2D design tools (Inventor/AutoCAD)
- Practical experience with CVD processes and expertise in CVD vacuum and chamber design.
- Toeic : 800 above
