Debug and solve production issues to maintain flawless operations. Improve ESPEC CPK/MS metrics to meet strict customer requirements. Optimize systems for automotive applications and improve working efficiency. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in DRAM electric data analysis and high-volume manufacturing. Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of successfully implementing solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to strictly adhere to quality and performance standards. Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant engineering field. Experience with automotive DRAM systems and optimization techniques. Familiarity with ESPEC CPK/MS improvement processes. Demonstrated ability to compete in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Proven track record of working in an international team setting.
