Key Responsibilities

Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
When necessary, work closely with customers to optimize tool performance to meet customer process and integration requirements.
Checks and approves operational quality of system equipment. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.

Requirements

Master's degree in Chemistry, Materials Engineering, physics, or Optoelectronics
1-5 years of experience in Metrology, Inspection, defect, and yield enhancement
Strong customer-facing skills and Project management skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
