工作內容
1) 電話聯絡線上申請信用卡未完成案件，說明並輔導完成申辦。
2) 電話聯絡客戶信用卡補件，並協助完成申辦。
3) 配合團隊合作，可機動性配合任務部署資格
1. 大學或專科(含)以上畢業。
2. 具有信用卡客戶服務或申辦信用卡或電銷經驗尤佳。
3. 具備良好的客戶溝通技巧且EQ佳。
4. 熟悉電腦操作, 例如: Word, Excel…等。
5. 嚴格遵守銀行的作業流程，與銀行所要求的相關準則與措施。
6. 反應快且具備團隊合作精神，遵守任務安排， 並能在接受新的任務時很快進入狀況
