  • 工作內容： Business Function
Risk Management Group works closely with our business partners to manage the bank's risk exposure by balancing its objective to maximise returns against an acceptable risk profile. To manage risk effectively and run a successful business, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure.Responsibilities-Manage and oversee the collections process for a designated portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely and effective recovery of outstanding debts.
-Analyze customer data and payment patterns to identify high-risk accounts and develop targeted strategies for debt collection.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including credit, operations, and legal, to implement comprehensive collections solutions.
-Monitor and report on the performance of the collections process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
-Maintain accurate and detailed records of all collection activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
-Provide training and guidance to the collections team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.Requirements-Minimum 1 year of experience in a collections or risk management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and collaborate with various stakeholders.
-Proficient in the use of relevant collections and risk management software and tools.
-Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
