The product team is not just with functions of product planning and project management, but innovation and product operation/growth, which you can lead the team with even diverse product vision and contribution.
Description
*In charge of product planning, business strategic thinking, productization, monetization for all group products to drive the business and product future plan.
*How to innovate core product to launch in market with strategic product plan.
*Team building, training, product concept training and culture building for the entire product team.
*Cross functional communication with RD, marketing, sales, operation teams and other top decision makers.
*Communicate with stakeholders from the stand point of product planning and strategies.
Profile
*Experience as product lead/product head in software start-up or unicorn who can think and plan the product strategy from group and high level.
*Diverse product experience in all edged technologies or products, who can integrate and build up innovative and solid product models and strategies.
*Experience in product planning and product strategy is important especially in SaaS solution.
*Innovative, fast-pace, logical, mature enough as a start-up head of product.
*Strong leadership and communication skills
*International & regional product sense.
