- Develop, test, and maintain dynamic web applications using .NET Core for the backend and React with TypeScript for the frontend.
- Build responsive and interactive user interfaces, ensuring smooth integration with backend services.
- Collaborate in feature design discussions, feedback reviews, and troubleshooting across the full stack.
- Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and usability issues on both client and server sides.
- Support seamless data integration and maintain consistent performance across the application.
- For experienced hires: At least 2 years of relevant experience in full-stack development.
- For fresh graduates: Strong portfolio, projects, or internships demonstrating full-stack skills.
- Solid knowledge of .NET Core (version 6+ preferred), React (v16+), and TypeScript.
- Good understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, including asynchronous programming, closures, and ES6+ features.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, backend development, and relational/non-relational databases.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Basic understanding of modern front-end build tools, backend deployment, and debugging.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience in query languages (SQL, KQL).

- Experience with reporting or ETL workflows.
- Exposure to other backend technologies.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, Codeium, Cursor).
- Interest in AI/LLM-based workflow automation tools or agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI Agents, n8n, difi).
- Ability to explore and integrate AI tools to boost developer productivity or accelerate delivery.
- Experience in managing and tuning **Azure Data Explorer (ADX)** clusters and KQL-based dashboards or alerts.
- Knowledge of **containerization technologies** (e.g., Docker) and orchestrators (e.g., Kubernetes) is a plus.
