- Lead cross-functional program teams and Customer Insights & Strategies Team to conduct comprehensive market assessments on key disease areas and evaluate opportunities for pipeline assets
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure comprehensive early planning and effective decision making to maximize value and opportunity for our pipeline products/indications
- Lead teams to proactively execute and coordinate activities to map future markets landscape & identify market dynamics, unmet medical needs, and access situation for pipeline products and new indications, and feeds this into a coherent organizational pipeline strategy
- Develop and propose early commercial strategies, value propositions and a prioritized approach to potential label indications, aligning within Taiwan and with Global TA strategy
- Build Company presence in the new therapeutic areas, and ensure Company is recognized as partners with relevant stakeholders to co-create solutions that address their needs
- Identifying, analyzing, and translating relevant clinical and landscape data, as well as competitive intelligence, to inform the development of asset strategies and BD opportunities
- Simultaneously working on different therapeutic areas and HCPs with strategic prioritization of activities and time allocation
- Deliver uniqueness of Taiwan to Global for maximizing Taiwan business opportunities when the scientific/ ethnic/ situational differences between Taiwan and Global are notable Seamless transition through collaboration with marketing/ medical to prepare go-to-market plan and activities for new products

Experience:
- At least 5 years working experience in pharmaceutical industry and 2 years in marketing/ access related functions will be a plus
- Excellent knowledge in market intelligence interpretation, healthcare and access environment, product development, regulatory process, biometrics, biostatistics and clinical research. Very good understanding of key success factors for launches in diverse disease areas
- Proven good relations with HCPs / payer / patient groups and ability to establish strong influential relationships with all relevant key stakeholders
- Experience in developing and implementing strategies and resource plans
- Strong ability to work independently in a cross-functional in a matrix environment
