- Coordinate and execute seamless travel arrangements and accommodation for executives, including flight and hotel bookings.
- Screen and direct phone calls, managing all correspondence promptly and professionally.
- Assist in meeting preparation, accurately recording minutes, and handling follow-up actions.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, from talent sourcing to onboarding, contributing to team growth.
- Implement and manage the Employee Recognition program, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Streamline office operations to enhance efficiency and create a conducive work environment.
- Handle financial responsibilities, including basic bookkeeping and managing partner reimbursements.
- Organize and execute company events, including logistics, decoration, and coordination of special gifts.
- Contribute to the company's branding and culture through strategic initiatives and promotional activities.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a relevant administrative support role within a global organization, venture capital, or startup.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience handling recruitment and other HR-related tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and G Suite applications.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of venture capital and startup ecosystems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English to facilitate seamless cross-cultural interactions.
- Previous exposure to the startup scene or venture capital industry, demonstrating a clear understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities.
- Familiarity with global business operations and cultural nuances, contributing to effective communication and collaboration.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen to actively contribute to the company's business development and global growth strategies.
- Previous involvement in startup accelerator programs, highlighting a keen interest in fostering entrepreneurship and innovation.
- Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to leverage digital tools and platforms to enhance operational efficiency.
- Understanding of financial processes relevant to venture capital operations, including basic bookkeeping and expense management.
