- Bachelor's or Master's degree in EE or Business or equivalent
- 5 years or above relevant experience
- Proficiency in English is required
- Collaborative, solution-oriented, strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Demonstrates strong self-initiative and proven success working in selling, good emotional quotient
- Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internal team, results oriented
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a matrix environment
- Good domain knowledge of wireless communication market from both technical and business perspective is preferable
