Meets assigned strategic OI targets and sales quota
Creates and deploys services sales strategies to increase market share and maintain current business
Proactively engages and influences resources which include marketing, service engineering, sales team to create new business
Understands the competitions, demonstrates value proposition and service solutions
Develops branding awareness in the market

Bachelor's or Master's degree in EE or Business or equivalent
5 years or above relevant experience
Proficiency in English is required
Collaborative, solution-oriented, strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Demonstrates strong self-initiative and proven success working in selling, good emotional quotient
Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internal team, results oriented
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a matrix environment
Good domain knowledge of wireless communication market from both technical and business perspective is preferable
