Job Advert DetailsGlobal Finance aims to provide HSBC with a professional, effective and responsive finance service that operates at optimal cost and employs a common and transparent global model.· People responsibility: N· Report to SVP and Head of Business Finance and Financial Planning and AnalysisKey Responsibilities:· Support senior management (CEO, CFO and Head of Businesses) to provide valued commercial insights to challenge and steer decision making.· Innovatively apply commercial acumen to financial metrics, driving commercial performance and directing business management to focus on profitable activities.· Drive disciplined cost management and portfolio return improvement to enhance bank and business performance· Build and maintain business relationships to support strategic change in the business.· Prepare and support analysis of business area to provide recommendations to seize opportunities for growth and mitigate identified risks.· Be responsive to provide all diversified regular Financial Management Information (MI) timely with decent qualities and supporting business monthly forecast and annual target set-up to deliver insightful analysis to the senior management and businesses.· Support the communication with Group and Regional shareholders and parties to ensure messages are properly aligned and cascaded.· Fully support line manager for various Ad-hoc projects and analysis requests from businesses and senior management.Qualifications·University graduated or above·Considerable working experiences with Finance function in banking or related industry.·Strong experiences and solid knowledge in Financial planning, analytical skills and Financial control and governance·Strong communication and coordination·Relationships built up with businesses' trustworthy and get credit abilities from senior management·Good PC skill (e.g. Excel, PPT).·Strong command of English.·GPAD covered
