- Full responsibility of operating swine business and managing P/L in Taiwan.
- Responsible to develop and execute short-, mid- and long-term strategy to grow swine business by increasing market share in swine segment.
- Responsible for preparing sales and OPEX budget annually. Lead swine team (sales, marketing and technical) to develop and marketing and sales plan to achieve the annual budget in Taiwan.
- Responsible to supervise the sales team to ensure the business plan is well monitored and implemented.
- Optimize the Go-to-Market model to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of distributor management and business operation to adopt the market trend.
- Well management of cross functional collaboration with other internal stakeholders.
- People management and development potential talent.
- Assist General Manager in coordinating the optimal cooperation of swine team with others.
- Diploma of veterinary medicines or animal husbandry is preferred.
- Have been in the senior position in managing the sales, or marketing and technical function in multinational animal health company for at least 5 years.
- Well understand swine and feed industry in the country.
- Have people management experience is preferable.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese.
- Willing to travel frequently domestic and overseas.
- Self-directed team leader, dynamic, innovative, and proactive with strong business sense.
- Competence of strategic thinking and planning.
- Ability to articulate a compelling strategy to senior management and team.
- Ability to lead, coach and guide others.
- Ability to build strong network with external stakeholders to influence KOL’s opinions supporting MAD AH solutions.
