  • Proactively reach out to potential customers via telephone to promote and sell personal loan, credit card, and other unsecured loan products
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns effectively
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer relationship management
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and product delivery
  • Stay updated with the latest product features, market trends, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer queries and concerns
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in using computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
