About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead strategic and operational marketing activities in the oncology portfolio, with a focus on breast cancer. This individual will play a central role in shaping brand direction, driving commercial performance, and preparing for future indication launches. The position works in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external experts to deliver impact for both the business and patients.Responsibility
  • Build and deliver annual brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Translate market insights, epidemiology updates, and treatment pathway changes into actionable opportunities.
  • Develop innovative promotional campaigns and digital initiatives to strengthen product presence.
  • Drive launch readiness for new indications and line extensions, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Organize scientific events and advisory boards to engage KOLs and strengthen market influence.
  • Provide sales teams with effective tools, messaging, and training to ensure strong customer engagement.
  • Align field execution with brand positioning and ensure consistent communication.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs on data generation, educational programs, and scientific communication.
  • Work with Market Access and regional teams to support reimbursement, pricing, and HEOR initiatives.
  • Safeguard compliance across all marketing and promotional activities.
  • Track KPIs, performance trends, and customer feedback to measure success.
  • Present regular performance reviews with recommendations for optimization.
  • Oversee promotional budget to maximize ROI and resource effectiveness.
Requirement
  • Master or Bachelor degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business.
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in oncology.
  • Hands-on experience in breast cancer or related therapeutic areas is highly valued.
  • Strong expertise in brand management, product launch, and life-cycle management.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative team player with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English.
