- Develop and implement marketing strategies, including branding, content creation, digital marketing, events, and public relations.
- Analyzing market trends and competition.
- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, and production departments.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, including budget planning, tracking, and reporting. Ensure that all marketing initiatives are executed within budget.
- Content Creation and Management: Develop and execute content strategies to support marketing initiatives, including creating and managing content for digital and print channels, such as websites, social media, email marketing, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Digital Marketing: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and tactics, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and other digital channels, to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Events and Public Relations: Plan, execute, and manage events. Develop and maintain relationships with media and industry influencers to secure media coverage and promote the company's products, services, and brand.
- E-commerce: Supervise e-commerce performance.
- Manage and lead a team, setting performance expectations and aligning their work with marketing goals.
- Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to senior management
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, including experience in managing a team. Minimum of 3 years of experience in E-commerce.
- Experience with branding, content creation, digital marketing, events, and public relations.
- Strong leadership, communication skill, and collaboration with cross-function teams.
- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Strong time management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Established contacts in media.
