Visit www.appier.com for more information.About the roleThe Director of Enterprise Solution Sales(GCR) is business leadership position,responsible for overall business health of Appier's enterprise unit in Taiwan and Hong Kong. You will be responsible to build a robust GTM that aligns and delivers on our expansion and financial goals. You will lead our teams across GCR to promote Appier's AI-as-a-service products to new and existing clients.Responsibilities

Responsible for Appier's enterprise suite of solutions
Build, lead and scale high performing enterprise team in the GCR region and drive performance against the growth targets for the business
Hire, retain and ramp up 1)Field sales and 2)Presales team and matrix team management responsibilities for 3)CSM team
Deliver on financial metrics across Signings, Revenue and Renewals
Act as the regional point of contact to C-level and other senior executives, aligning on company goals and priorities, as well as communicating corporate messaging to regional team members

About you[Essential]

At least 12 years of experience from a SaaS/Software company, with track record of sales overachievement across multiple years
High motivation and energy with demonstrated ability to execute, and make things happen
Demonstrated record of career success
Experience and success in mid-sized SaaS companies will be looked upon favourably
Regional experience is a plus
Broad understanding of the martech, analytics and B2B SaaS marketplaces, strong industry contacts, and the ability to respond quickly to critical business issues
