- Responsible for Appier's enterprise suite of solutions
- Build, lead and scale high performing enterprise team in the GCR region and drive performance against the growth targets for the business
- Hire, retain and ramp up 1)Field sales and 2)Presales team and matrix team management responsibilities for 3)CSM team
- Deliver on financial metrics across Signings, Revenue and Renewals
- Act as the regional point of contact to C-level and other senior executives, aligning on company goals and priorities, as well as communicating corporate messaging to regional team members
- At least 12 years of experience from a SaaS/Software company, with track record of sales overachievement across multiple years
- High motivation and energy with demonstrated ability to execute, and make things happen
- Demonstrated record of career success
- Experience and success in mid-sized SaaS companies will be looked upon favourably
- Regional experience is a plus
- Broad understanding of the martech, analytics and B2B SaaS marketplaces, strong industry contacts, and the ability to respond quickly to critical business issues
