Proven experience in project management within a manufacturing environment. Outstanding leadership and team management skills. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to drive initiatives and successfully implement change. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A demonstrated ability in project management. Experience in a senior leadership role within the manufacturing sector. Demonstrated success in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
