  • Overall responsibility of Taiwan P&L; meet Revenue, Profitability and Expense targets for Taiwan
  • Plan and execute AP growth strategies
  • Responsible for coaching, mentoring and developing the team members
  • Work with internal stakeholders like CAP segment leaders, CAP leadership team and others to deliver results
  • Build relationships at a senior level with decision-makers and influencers in the key Singapore customers
  • Identify opportunities for new customer attainment, win-backs, new business and revenue growth with existing end user accounts and channel partners.
  • Develop penetrating sales strategies for profit and pricing proposals
  • Maintain good CxO level coverage and be able to co-ordinate with various parties (internal and channel partners)
Position Requirements: Must Have:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or TechnologyEnergetic, result-oriented with excellent communication skills and able to work cross-team (internally and externally) to drive common goals.Desired:Relevant no. of yrs of exp. : 15+ years in IT Commercial Business in both Channel and End UsersRelevant industries: IT hardware, software infrastructure, IT solutions, etcAdditional Locations:
