Ensure equipment performance and reliability and establish plans and solutions for equipment troubleshooting that affect the manufacturing process. Provide technical support to secure manufacturing equipment OEE as expected and lead minor CI projects.Job Responsibility

Deep drive overall site reliability program and improve equipment quality control implementation.
Manage equipment & facility operating conditions and ensure its performance and capacity meet production requirements.
Equipment repair and troubleshooting handling.
Analyze equipment reliability, performance, and throughput, and propose improvement plans as required.
Modify equipment in accordance with process requirements and document the change on the specifications and drawings.
Own and develop equipment maintenance procedures and schedules.
Improvement and cost reduction for machine parts.
Identification and implementation of technological improvements, including change management, project planning, procurement, and installation of project work for both cost and capital per forecast.
New machine evaluation and import. Manage equipment operating conditions and ensure the machine is operating within specifications.
Ensure processes are followed regarding updating information (history) in CMMS to maintain equipment records as well as proper frequencies for maintenance plans.
Be a potential PSM element leader at site.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering.
A minimum of

3 years of experience in Facility or Equipment work. * Good logic skill. Experience and knowledge in problem solving on equipment issue is preferred.

Concept & knowledge for Reliability is preferred.
Six Sigma Certification is preferred.
Good attitude to learn new skills and CI at ops daily work.
Good communication and interpersonal skill to be a team player.
Good English communication capability to effectively present and join global meetings.
