• Demonstrated excellence in communication and presentation skills, effectively delivering comprehensive training sessions tailored for optometrists and ophthalmologists to enhance their understanding of myopia management lenses.
• Expertise in ZEISS myopia management lenses portfolio and related products, with a deep knowledge of product features, benefits, and competitive positioning to support customer development.
• Strategically collaborate with the sales team to facilitate clinic development, identify customer needs,and ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
• Guide customers in lens selection, fitting, and troubleshooting, ensuring exceptional patient outcomesand satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing clinical support and troubleshooting assistance, maintaining strong relationships with customers and ensuring high service standards.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, clinical guidelines, and best practices, leveraging insights to advance customer engagement and support evidence-based myopia management strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 視光或醫學護理相關學系畢業

• Background in the optical industry or ophthalmic (clinical) field is preferred.
• Professional knowledge of myopia management products.

• Results-oriented and a good team player.
• Familiar with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
