  • - Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial services industry- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products, from ideation to implementation- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously- Passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset
