- Ensure the implementation of the OH&S Policy.
- Promoting and supporting an HSE culture from within by leading the implementation of core HSE programs, policies, and initiatives. Ensure the implementation of the OH&S Policy.
- Support the QHSE Manager on the effective implementation of the HSE within the Project organization.
- Oversee tendering for project.
- Participate Corrective Action investigations.
- Coaches with respect to Risk Assessments, Non-conformities resolution, and improvement opportunities.
- Creates and modifies HSE policies, Plans, processes, and procedures.
- Support the QHSE Manager in the develop and implementation of the HSE.
- Plan and carry out HSE Audits.
- Ensure that the requirements of the OH&S management system and project specific requirements are met by contractors/Outsourcing and their workers.
- Ensure that outsourcing arrangements are consistent with legal requirements and other requirements and with achieving the intended outcomes of the OH&S management system.
