Job Title: Manufacturing Site Manager
Reports to: Business Line Director
Location: Northern TaiwanObjective: Provide strategic leadership by developing and executing policies, plans, and initiatives that align with plant objectives and regulatory standards. Lead and support department managers and staff to cultivate a collaborative, high-performing work environment focused on employee safety and well-being. Strengthen customer relationships and drive the growth of the joint venture. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cost management to ensure operational efficiency and performance optimization.Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of the Joint Venture’s plant/site operations, including production, maintenance, commercial activities, and administration, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Implement and enforce safety policies, QSE standards, and regulatory compliance, maintaining a safe work environment and upholding product quality and environmental responsibilities.
  • Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, technical and commercial innovation, and the identification of growth opportunities.
  • Manage budgets, operating and maintenance costs, and consumables, while ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations, procedures, and reporting requirements.
  • Lead and develop cross-functional teams, maintain strong client and partner relationships, communicate regularly with shareholders, and oversee contract and stakeholder interactions.
Requirements
  • Technical knowledge in chemical processing industry
  • Proficient in budgetary procedures, cost control, and public procurement, ensuring optimal balance between expenses, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
  • Skilled in enhancing operational performance, optimizing energy and technical costs, and resolving process-related issues effectively.
  • Experienced in predictive maintenance and comprehensive asset management to maximize reliability and lifespan of equipment.
  • Strong capability in health and process safety management, along with continuous monitoring of regulatory developments.
  • Competent in managing O&M teams and aligning operations with strategic performance objectives for sustained improvement.
