- Product Strategy & Development: Develop and implement the product strategy for credit card instalment plans, including features, pricing, and marketing strategies.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of instalment products, from conception and development to launch and ongoing optimization.
- Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners. Negotiate favorable terms and ensure smooth collaboration for product execution.
- Financial Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as product adoption, customer satisfaction, and profitability to identify areas for improvement.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks in the instalment product market.
- Customer Segmentation: Develop customer segmentation strategies to target specific customer groups with tailored instalment product offerings.
- Product Communication & Marketing: Develop marketing and communication strategies to promote instalment products to potential customers.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Partner handling experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
