Business Function:Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Job Description:1) IT/ISS expenses management , headcount control, PO/Contract payment tracking, SCM report.2) Tech Risk support, includes SOPs tracking, CD/DVD burning, HSM Key setup, BCM coordinator, NCC escrow control/management, audit support.3) Department general administration support, includes fixed asset coordinator, track IT staff mandatory course, update OrgChart/JDs, access card application and contract status update etc.4) Report consolidation, includes Tech weekly report, MC monthly report, ORC monthly report, ULCR monthly report, OR monthly report and BIT quarterly report.5) Staff engagement, includes Tech open sharing, Lunch & Learn and IT activities.Requirement:1. Strategic thinking2. In-depth expertise in all aspects of corporate lending with strong knowledge on banking practices and market situations.
