We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Application Engineer (FAE) to join our team. The FAE will be responsible for providing technical support to customers on switchboard, verifying SLD and GA drawings with the plant and site, facilitating site installation communication between the plant and customers, and providing guidances on all technical matters related to product, installation, and service. Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to sales and customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to products and services. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers. Drawing Verification: Verify technical specifications and drawings with the plant and site to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Collaborate with engineering teams to address any discrepancies or modifications. Site Installation Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for site installation communication between the plant and customers. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, site visits, and inspections to ensure smooth installation processes. Technical Matters: Handle all technical matters related to product, installation, and service, providing solutions and recommendations to customers and internal teams. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve technical support and services. Knowledge of IEC/CNS standards, Electrical Power Distribution Products, especially with Low Voltage Switchgear. Proven experience in a technical support or field application engineering role. Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and installation processes. Communication Skills: Clearly convey technical information and actively listen to customer needs.
