- Deliver day-to-day service to support other HR COE functions
- Clarify and execute the request raised by line managers or other HR functions
- Execute day-to-day HR transactions with high quality and efficiency, including various staffing activities such as new hire induction, transfer, exit, termination, etc., to provide a good employee experience.
- Ensure all the executed processes complies with internal control standards
- Perform service with efficiency, data integrity, and knowledge of various HR systems to provide suggestions and solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with other HR functions to achieve tasks and fulfill key deliverables of employee life cycle activities.
- Continually evaluate existing processes and programs, help to develop new initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity of the daily procedures.
- Support to implement various projects that help to drive more digital.
- At least 5 years of employee life cycle execution or 7 years in relevant HR experience
- Familiar with labor law and relevant regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with knowledge in Workday would be an advantage
- Mature, organized, and able to work independently under pressure
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong drive and can-do attitude with good planning and organizing skills
