Risk Management Group works closely with our business partners to manage the bank's risk exposure by balancing its objective to maximize returns against an acceptable risk profile. To manage risk effectively and run a successful business, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the collections process for a designated portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely and effective recovery of outstanding debts.
Analyze customer data and payment patterns to identify high-risk accounts and develop targeted strategies for debt collection.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including credit, operations, and legal, to implement comprehensive collections solutions.
Monitor and report on the performance of the collections process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all collection activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Provide training and guidance to the collections team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
